The fine print, in plain words.

The short version. Tabrio is free to use with limits. Pro is a subscription you can cancel anytime from Settings. If Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get your money back. Please don't abuse the service.

01The service

Tabrio is an extension for Google Chrome (“the extension”) that groups your open tabs with the help of AI, puts idle tabs to sleep, and lets you keep history, archives and saved sessions. Tabrio is run from Riga, Latvia (“we”). By installing or using it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Tabrio.

02Free and Pro

The Free plan costs nothing and has limits — for example on how many tabs the AI groups and how many days of history are kept. Pro raises or removes those limits and adds features such as the weekly score and Focus mode. The current limits and prices are shown on our pricing page and in the extension.

Pro costs $8 a month or $72 a year. Local taxes may be added at checkout. We may change prices in the future; if we do, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from that renewal.

03Billing and cancelling

  • Pro is sold by Paddle (paddle.com), our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles tax and sends your receipts, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime in Settings → Cancel subscription in the extension, or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Your Pro licence is for you. You can use it on your own computers by restoring it with your email.

04Refunds

If you're not happy with Pro, email [email protected] or contact Paddle within 14 days of any payment — your first one or a renewal — and you'll get a full refund of that payment. No questions asked. After a refund, Pro ends.

After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the card or account you paid with. This doesn't limit any rights you have under your local consumer law.

05Fair use

Please don't:

  • try to get around the plan limits, the request limits or the licence checks;
  • send automated, abusive or harmful requests to our server, or use it for anything other than Tabrio;
  • share, sell or publish licence keys;
  • copy, reverse engineer or resell the extension, except where the law allows it.

We may pause or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. You can stop using Tabrio at any time by removing it.

06About the AI

Grouping is done by an AI model, so it will sometimes put a tab in the wrong group or choose an odd name. You can always rename groups and move tabs yourself. There are limits on how often the AI groups tabs each hour and day, and grouping needs an internet connection.

07Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep Tabrio reliable, but it's provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Tabrio relies on Chrome and on outside services such as Anthropic, Cloudflare and Paddle, which can have outages.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost tabs, lost work or lost time — and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

08Everything else

  • The extension, its design and the Tabrio name belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.
  • We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll post it here with a new date before it applies; using Tabrio after that means you accept it.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without taking away the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
